The first phone call got things rolling quickly with a well-laid plan. He explained all the details, letting me know exactly what to expect. He has a great team here in Utah, and when glitches inevitably occurred, he instantly acknowledged them, quickly adjusting the plan to keep the process moving forward. He even pitched in himself, working for hours alongside me to get the house ready for the open house. Despite living out of state, Nate's service was seamless. He came to Utah when needed, including the day before and the day of the open house. He did thorough research to price the home fairly, and we decided on a price together. The house sold the night before the open house, which was amazing! Even after we accepted the offer, Nate, as a precautionary measure, made it clear we would proceed with the open house the next day to have all our bases covered. It turned out to be a great idea, as we received two more offers, one of which was a backup. Knowing we wanted a quick closing, Nate made sure to expedite the process, and the sale was completed the following month. On top of everything, Nate's kindness really stood out. We talked about my desire to propagate my parents' beloved tree, and the next time I went to the house, he had already climbed the tree and started the process for me. That gesture meant the world to me. He also used his artistic talents to personally draw and frame a fantastic rendering of the home I grew up in, which he sent to me as a wonderful surprise. Without question, I would hire Nate to sell any home I needed to sell or to help me find a new one. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a fantastic realtor. Nate helped me so much in my closing my deal with another realtor I was not happy doing business with. I wish I knew Nate 6 months prior instead of this other realtor I would not recommend. Nate is a patient and understanding realtor that does actually help his clients. I do feel heavily that Nate goes way beyond his duties as a realtor and has earned my trust right off the bat. I have definitely referred Nate to several of my friends if they want a realtor that actually works in favor of their clients. I received so much info from Nate that I didn't know for selling my home and what it all takes to get it sold. The realtor that sold my home never congratulated me on me getting a buyer or selling my home so all along I was right about him all he was worried about his commissions. Plus I was dealing with his assistant especially the falling out when I tried to cancel my relationship with the realtor. With Nate I would deal straight with him, no assistants to handle the transactions, Nate was available any time of the day and weekends with any questions I had. Nate stayed in touch with me throughout the last month of closing. If my contract would canceled I would considered assumable loan process as well.
